How do you set the clock in the 600F4i gauge cluster?

I just bought a 01 CBR 600F4i and it did not come with a manual and I do not know how to set the clock. I assume someone here knows how to set it.

Also, is there anything else I should know about the bike that the manual would have told me?

Try turning the key on and press A and B trip meter buttons together for 3 seconds, then adjust the clock. Turning off the key sets it.
