POWAY, Calif. -- A 32-year-old San Diego man died after he stood up in a T-top sports car to cool off and was blown out of it on a Poway freeway, officials said Saturday. Steven Andrew Turner was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, reported about 7:30 p.m. Friday on Interstate 15, just south of Ted Williams Parkway, California Highway Patrol Officer Larry Landeros said. The driver of the vehicle, Joseph Reccoppa, 35, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and could face other charges, Landeros said. It was unclear if Turner was struck by another vehicle when he hit the road, Landeros said. Earlier reports indicated that he had been struck by another vehicle.

Was he wearing a tanktop and flip-flops?? What exactly is "suspicion of driving while intoxicated"? We think your drunk, your going to jail? All and all, not a pretty situation for anyone.

We gotta kick out of it. I suspect the guy was intoxicated, lost his balance, and fail from the car.

Its hard to fill sorry for stupid people. Hard to feel sorry for them, too! Just bustin your balls man. And standing out of a sunroof is a whole lot different than a T-top. You still got the whole car around you in a sunroof. Nothing but maybe a small bar to hang to in a T-top. Dumbazz.
