...a deadly force law.
Link (http://www.al.com/newsflash/regional/index.ssf?/base/news-20/1144175057306060.xml&storylist=alabamanews)
The legislation applies to homes, businesses, occupied vehicles and nuclear power plants. It allows a person to use deadly force "to defend himself or herself or a third person from what he or she reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical force by the other person."
"When you feel your life or your family is in danger from an intruder, you should be able to practice self-defense and not worry if a judge or court is going to penalize you," Riley said.
I wonder if a motorcycle is considered an "occupied vehicle?"

As much as I like this, I can see it getting out of hand. I just hope I am never faced with the situation.

It allows a person to use deadly force "to defend himself or herself or a third person from what he or she reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical force by the other person."
So does that mean that when the occupant of "occupied vehicle A" feels the likelyhood of the imminent use of unlawful physical force from another person, He/She may use deadly force to defend himself/herself?
Congratulations, Alabama! You've just made it legal for any motorcycle rider to shoot any careless car driver!
