Take it easy with the RR... it's NO JOKE... not what I'd recomend to a new rider... but if you must... then invest in some good gear and WEAR IT!... also spend alot of time in the parking lots practice'n.... and above all.. (cept gear) take the MSF course!

JLBusa 04-30-2006, 07:07 AM Yes we did, the motor only took about 30-45 mins to get hung. There was 3-4 of us the first night, we worked on it from about 4:45pm to 11:30pm then when to bed.:yaewn: The next day i had to go to honda and get a header nut, And then I worked on it from 11:30pm to about 3:30pm by my self. My wife helped put the farrings on. Fired right up the first time idle like a champ, even went riding yesterday. She has to brake the engine in. :dthumb: She is Very happy now.
jappysRR 04-30-2006, 08:20 AM :welcome: and I'm with the rest on saying that the RR is not a n00b bike, but if you are hell bent on one, please wear your gear and take the MSF...
