It's not the quantity, its the quality...you guys put up good posts, and thats the important thing....this board wouldnt function if we all just kept putting up a bunch of 1 liners after somebody makes a thread..and we all have seen boards like that. In a way, most of us are post-whores, but in the good sense of the word. TWF is fortunate to have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and is continuing to grow every week..we've got a good foundation of members here to keep Shans place rockin!! But it is fun ragging on each other about it. :lol:

Very true Matt. What we need to do is get the rest of the ppl to sign in more and post here. I see the same ppl posting time after time all the time. We all know it. There is only a hand full of ppl that post in every thread and then a few that will sign in once in a while to post something and a few replys and then we won't see them for a few weeks. I'm lucky if I'm off of this for more then a day. And that is only because I am off and have 2 little boys that I spend all day with and do things with them. :)

WE are starting to get more of a following here, and its getting better all the time....boards take a LONG time to get started, and a long time for people who are used to posting in certain forums/sites and are comfortable there..to move over to a new place. You will always have a certain group on message boards that post all the time, and those are the corp group that help make the site. But everybody's input is important, and not everybody can stay on the net like I can, or DJ, etc..because their jobs/families/etc. I know Shan is pleased with the growth we've been experiencing and is looking forward to it continuing, and the quality people we have on here..as Chris said it once before a while back..everybody checks their egos at the door, and just comes in here to have fun and share their knowledge,and thats what its all about. TWF is fortunate to have connections with 2WT, and in other areas. And that can only continue to help us grow. TWF ROCKS!!

I absolutely agree with the quality part and also the part about the same people posting all the time. I agree also that it takes awhile to get the board going, etc. - I remember when TWF first started I signed on, there were zero posts, I said this sucks and left. Then I came back and I was like damn there are like 3 million new posts and it is going crazy - ever since then I latched on and started to take a serious interest so yeah it takes time. Also I think I spend alot of time on here but sometimes it is hard to keep up so it is a double edge sword - too many posts people lose interest because they can't keep up not enough posts and they are bored. You can't win. I am at work right now and I lost interest in work so I am posting on here. One day IT will figure it out and cut me off here or send a log of my non-business activity to my boss or something.. But for now BRING ON THE THREADS!!! lol..

He has been doing filming all year and I know that it takes A LONG time to make. But he has also been riding and racing alot and therefor little time put towards the site. Once it gets cold you'll see more and more changes... As far as his face, it's more of a funny thing than really worried. Nobody can see his face when he's breakin the law anyway. Nobody can see a face when he's going by on 1 wheel at 100 mph....

It's a fine line of how many new threads go up on a given day, and people not being able to keep up..that can tend to water down the conversations..so far it doesnt seem to be too bad at this point...and as we grow and more and more people are on at different times, that will help keep things going too. Many people just check in from time, post up in some threads and come back later or the next day, and thats cool too..so you dont always have to post in every thread to be effective and heard. But right now, we are still growing so the more good convos we can keep going, is all good.

Yeah bro I saw this process and it is very tedious. It is like the computer breaks it down into frames - length of the frame depends on if something changed (moved, etc.) or if the camera moved or whatever. For like a 5 minute video it can take like 3-4 hours to make. I said damn. **** and I can't even get time to put together 3 gd cds of Mid-Ohio pics to give to everyone and that is about an hour of work. Of course if I would quit posting and spend the hour on that I would get it done but I am master procrastinator..

Yeah It is bad sprain. Doc says 10 to 15 days before I get on a bike. BUt I will be on it this weekend. I got some good pain killers and it is feeling 40 % better today.
