My cat (Dash) really wanted to go riding today...

This is his new spot now. I've never seen him jump straight up to the ironing board but I guess he can. I thought we lost him last night. It took us ten minutes of looking before we found him in here. Now he's back in there today.

Personally, I wouldn't want the cat hair all in my jacket. I do like cats, just not the hair and smelly litter box that goes with them. You should put these pics in the pet corner.

I lucked out. We got Dash from a shelter and he's really the best cat I've ever known. He doesn't scratch everything and the only time he pees out of his box is when it's full. So that's really our fault. So I keep it real clean for him...and me. And he loves people. He's all in the cut when I have people over. Best cat ever!

I can't wait to get some pets again. My wife and I really want a dog but we're going to be moving to an apartment in a couple months until we can find a house in the new city and chances are the apartment won't allow pets. I love cats and dogs, I lean more toward a dog because you can take them places (camping or to the beach etc) and play with them, none of the cats I've had ever really liked going on trips....

I hate cats. I had a gf that got a kitten and I really didn't like it. It would always annoy the piss out of me and follow me around like it knew I wanted to kick it. So one day while she was in the bathroom, I saw it playing in a pillow case and then the devil in me took over. I grabbed the case and went helicopter on the kitten. After that, it left me alone. That is not as bad as this guy that lived close to my old house growing up. He got arrested for cruelty because he would bury cats up to their heads and run them over with his lawnmower.

No potty accidents or chewing, but it really helps that I keep my house pet proof!! :lol: i even replaced my carpet with wood floors to make it easier to clean and keep up!! and astonishingly enough, i really dont have a problem with hair on stuff, only on the floors but I clean often...

I like all birds except the state bird of tennessee. The evil mockingbird!!! I spent many sleepless nights listening to the stupid thing trying to get a mate at 3am by blaring it's freakin noises that sound like a telephone, alarm clock, laser guns, and various other sounds. It is illegal to kill them, so I had to come up with nonlethal ways of making them move to other areas.

We had a lot of mocking birds in Mass too. i hate those damn birds too.

I know lots of people that don't like cats but none of them would ever think of doing something that horrible. My parents once punished me for "torturing" cats when I was little and sprayed them with water from my squirt gun. I'm with Rae, I love all animals (my degree is in biology) and she's right, if you make your house pet-proof the mess isn't that bad. Like I said, I can't wait to get pets again!

My brother is one of those that hated cats with a passion. When he was younger, he would stick firecrackers in ther arse and lite them up. After that, those stray cats would never come around the house. Now, I dont hunt so I have no say. I have no problems with hunting at all. But I hate it when hunters call hunting a sport. It would be a sport if the animals had guns too.

I think since they're housecats, they just love anything that smells like the outside world, but BOOTS are especially entertaining. When they were TINY kittens, we got a couple pics of them jumping in and out of Chris' helmet (we set it on the floor with the visor open so they could investigate). But I HAVE to hang up our jackets immediately, or they'll claw and scratch them!! :yikes:

I have found with myself as well as other people that if you ge them when they are tiny kittens you can develop an immunity to that particular one...
