No, not a track day for my 749, but a super-
modified pit crew work day for me. This is
California's Madera Speedway, 1/3-mi. paved
oval, home of the SuperModified Racing Assoc.
A 4-hour ride from my home, but it was worth
it to ride my Ducati 'tween all the race cars
and participants, more-used to seeing pit
bikes and perhaps the occasional Harley.
Remember, as we say in super-modified circles,
"It don't mean a thing, if it ain't got that wing!"
