06 GSXR 1000 vs 712 hp turbo GTO video
The gixxer has an "EXCELLENT DRIVER ON IT"
In case you don't know, the GTO has the mighty LS2 V8, this one is twin turbo'd for a claimed 712 rwhp.
The guy in the GTO posted the vid on a GTO message board here.
Some quotes from the thread,

Ok guys today was the first bridge to bridge I have ran in a awhile, I planned to run this bike today. The bike is a new left over 06 GSXR1000 with less than 200miles on it, bike and rider weigh about 575 wet and makes 160rwhp. The GSXR 1000 according to all the stats is a quicker accelerating bike than a Hyabusa and just a tad slower top speed.

larry is just a nasty nasty rider. good run, just goes to show.. yikes, watch out for the liter boys. especially when they're sitting at 9k-rpm in 2nd gear waiting for the go... good god. how he doesnt stand those bikes up is unreal to me, he's so little, but never ever gets it in the air and is WOT from beginning to end balls to the walls no excuses. anyone else notice the bike was topped out???? gixr 1000s are limited to mid 180s and les was rollin him down at the top. i guess less was bookin too. too little too late, thats racing!

Right click save as for a vid of the same car racing a stock busa.

I was definately catching the Busa but the GSXR I ran today would no doubt beat that bike easily. Take a look at the rider he weighs 125lbs soaking wet and he probably did not eat last night or this morning just to save even more weight. I am sure the car would be capable of 200mph with the built motor, but dont look for any videos of me attempting that I may be brave or stupid but I have no desire to hit 200 in GTO. LOL

A racing genius

Kurt he refuses to wear leathers because of the added weight, he also usually only has enough fuel in his tank to make 1 pass. I have seen him run other bikes and run out of fuel on the way back to our hangout less than a mile from the bridge. He knows every trick in the book and today he gave me a break he had a full tank of fuel.

later in the thread this was posted (right click, save as) Turbo Camaro vs R1 vs Viper.

That first vid, with the bone heads talking, sounds like one WEAK 712hp GTO, I would still put my cash on the bike but no way in heck would it walk away 25+ car lengths. 712 is ALOT of ponies for a tiny GTO and you couldnt even hear the car, or turbos. Im callin BS on that...

They mentioned that in the thread on the gto forum, the guy claims he just kept it really quiet for being stealthy. If you wanna take the time to search through his posts I believe he may have posted a dyno video or sheet.
You can hear him wheelspin...at 70. Which is a pretty good indicator of power.

Didn't you read? He's such a 'good rider' that he won't wear leathers or fill up his gas tank all the way in order to save weight...
