cage or frame sliders

I have never owned a cage but many frame sliders.Every single time i crash 1 will always just rip off.Would a cage save me some parts?

Def hook up a cage. I run the sick innovations cage and love it. I have had some really hard wrecks and it holds up awesome.

It depends on wether you are going to race or stunt. I've read that the cages get in the way of taking turns and are generally a little bit bulky but will save your bike if you wreck while stunting.
