Put both feet on the ground, hold the front brake, shift your weight forward and peg the throttle while letting the clutch out. should be all one motion. Practice that a few times until you get the hang of it (or need a new tire). When you can do that good enough, slowly start letting the front brake out and start walking the bike forward while doing a burnout, and get used to the feel of the bike when it moving. you will get the feel of how much front brake is needed.
then when you got that mastered, try a few with your feet on the pegs, and your weight on the forks. rolling burnout in no time.
