Apparently our breasts diminish our IQ

I stole this quote from the "Arrrrrrrgggghhhhhh" thread. I wanted to rant about this a teeny bit more.

I used to own a skateboard shop. This guy comes in and asked one of my male employees about trucks, the bearings, the deck, etc. My employee was still in training and didn't know much about skateboards only BMX bikes, so I answered this guy's questions. Each time he asked a question, he looked at my employee, and my employee would turn to me for the answer. Even though I answered each question (probably about 20 or so), in the end this guy said to my employee, "Thanks, man. You really helped me out a lot." The guy never even bothered to acknowledge my presence.

Also, when I went to buy a new cell phone, a male friend of mine went with. The male sales guy ignored the fact I was purchasing the phone and only made eye contact with my friend when speaking.

I find some not all guys and girls do the same thing with bikes. Although admittedly, my knowledge of bikes is not that vast...yet. Any of ya'll have the same experience?

It's not that your breasts make you dumb, they just make us dumb! I don't talk to attractive females about technical things because I

1) don't want to bore her
2) don't want to choke on my own tongue

I think that some of it is because you're a woman, but then I've encountered a similar situation a couple of weeks ago taking my protege shopping for a car.

We went into the Toyota dealership so that he can look at a Matrix. The salesman comes and approached me. I told him that THIS FELLOW HERE is looking to buy a Matrix. But somehow the salesman kept asking me stupid questions like what I'm looking for and if I know anything about Toyota products.

I said again that THIS FELLOW HERE is looking to buy a car, not me. He looked at this guy (Indian, dot-type, perfect Queen's English) and then went back asking me stupid questions again. I finally have had it and held out my BMW keys and said that I wouldn't give a rat's ass for some ******* rice burner, so the guy got all offended and walked off. We went to the Pontiac joint next door, bought a Vibe (the same damn thing) for $2000 less, drove back to the Toyota lot, asked for the sales manager and told him the story.

3) we don't want them to see us over them, and the fact that they may know more than we do about said subject.

But I know what your saying, my gf has the same problem at work.

Fnfalman, the Toyota dealership did the same thing to me when I went to look at the Tacoma. My boss went with me, and the sales guy directed his attention to him even though I was the one looking to buy.

Victory BMW in Chandler had a salesman who barely regarded my sister-in-law when she went in there looking to buy. She came back with a KTM instead and I emailed their sales manager about her experience. The salesman got fired the next day.

we went to buy my wife's matrix I didn't say a word till it was time to discuss purchase price. Since I'm the one paying..but while she was shopping he kept asking me questions and well I just wouldn't answer I didn't even look at him. so eventually he was forced to ask my wife the questions it works everytime...

I sure did not know women were sensitive to this issue. Next time I have to do any business with a woman I will address her breasts directly!

speaking of addressing "(@)(@)" directly...

I need to jack this thread and ask... a question...

When you are talking to a woman with a jacket or sweeter on... why do they pull the jacket over their breast, with one or both hands?
Do some of them not realize that if you make big movements with your hands... your eyes will be directed to those actions?

Pull the jacket tighter or to hide them? Clarify.

don't know what low was refering to, but I have noticed a similar thing...
they pull the jacket tighter, as if they are cold, no matter the temp.
Not sure if it is to hide, cause 1. if you wanted to hide them, you should not have worn such a low cut shirt (but i thank you )
2. there is still a decent view of said shirt, and attention was just drawn to that area.
so yeah, are they wanting us to stare and and ?????

I don't look at anything on a man, I touch it. Like squeezing various fruits and veggies at the grocery store to see if they are ripe!

So now I've come to realize that:

1. you like bikes
2. you're a self-proclaimed techie
3. you are into skating and more importantly BMX

Marry me.

My GF is so not thrilled while she watched me type that... Anyway...

I hate it when a chick wears a low cut shirt, lets her massive milkers fall all out of it, then bitches that you look at her mounds... lame.
