Calendar Ideas

Gentlemen, I know this is in the ladies section where we KNOW ya'll are all lurking anyway, but we need ya'lls input!

It has been brought to my attention that several of you would like to assist in making this calendar the BEST THING EVER!!

In light of that, we are asking for ideas and input for calendar pages. Obviously we are taking the pictures and you will not see the finished product until the calendar comes out, but any input you have regarding page layout, backgrounds, collage ideas etc will be appreciated!!

Twinks will post some of the ideas she has come up with that are absolutely awesome and we would like ya'll to help us with more!!

Each of us will have a different background, hopefully suited to the woman in question and we will be using anywhere from 2-6 pictures in the pages themselves. One large photo and several others in a variety of sizes.

SOOOO, what can YOU come up with??

Thats not nice..........I just ate.

As for ideas, someone somewhere said something about covered bridges. That gets my vote. Can one of you get one next to an Amish buggy? And I would love to see one of acalliste with that women with the long blond braid from her women only ride.

the leafy one is very cool, as is the last one with nee in it. those are my faves. my only recommendation is to be sure to make the pics the focal point (a bit larger) so the background doesn't swallow them up. after all, this calendar is all about us. nice work twinks!!

when you turn your bike on, does it return the favor?

are you setting all this up in photoshop? i am used to creating backgrounds/art in photoshop but would use a page-layout program (QuarkXpress, Adobe Pagemaker) to set it up in. that must be an ungodly amount of work to do in photoshop.

when you turn your bike on, does it return the favor?

My opinion would be losing the artsy backgrounds and replacing them with a big pic of the girl as a background (like the main on the bike pose) and have 2 to 3 little pics spaced out in strategic areas of the big main background pic and only do the forum name fancy in photoshop. I am not a fan of the statistics either. Thats just my opinion. I follow KISS though.

at least one pic should dominate everything else on the page. that's a more traditional calendar layout. we don't wanna overdo it and lose focus of what is selling this thing.
