My wife is 5'6" and we had to lower her 07 R6.

When she signed up for the MSF course they were booked up and it was going to be about 6 weeks before she could take it.

I got online and found a MSF course being given at the local community college for "Women Only" and she was able to get right in and knocked it out.

She's practiced alot in parking lots and then alot more on the road and we just took our first "road trip" this weekend and she did great !!

I know...I know...same with everything else that's exclusive to everyone else but us.

I guess they're trying to get more women interested in riding that may be intimidated by a class full of a bunch of know it all guys.

A jockey

Yea I was surprised when I saw the class listed and it had openings so she cancelled her other class and took this one.

Good luck in your choice of bikes....so many choices and so many peoples opinions.

I've been on a stock r6 and I haven't had a problem (I'm 5'3"), it is one of the higher 600s though.

I can't say I've ever seen a women's msf course around here either, just women only track days. Cause we're special

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
