Get the list of tech inspection stuff for that track of company. Order a pre-drilled oil plug, use a K&N Gold Performence oil filter with the pre-drilled nut on the end, get some safety wire and the pliers tool for it. I suggest you get the one that is spring loaded and all you do is pull the end and it spins for you.
Plus have some one show you how to wire it so its pulling the nut tight with the wire.
I think there is a sticky on it in road racing.
