Don't tempt me. We are trying to work out the whole year. If it is like everything else, she'll do whatever she can to make my life hell. Who knows you guys just may get to meet my daughter at the track.

Ok, try to get March 15th for Barber

Kyle is a go, Drewpy you in?

I am signing up as soon as I can for intermediate, which will be right around Jan 1st because this is the first good track day of the year and its going to fill up fast.

it's down I-59 near birmingham, AL

I think it will probably be $195 or so for the day and then whatever STT membership is this year which you would get for mid ohio anyway.

If all four of us go, hotel room splitting would be an option for friday night and drive back that night.

Andrea probably won't come.

Seriously, avoid hot bodies like a plague if you can find another company with the same price.

Do you plan on upgrading or are you keeping it for awhile?

If you are serious about track, you will find this bike's top end won't be your friend on the straights as you will get slaughtered by less capable big bike riders and will have to find a way to pass them again when you reach a corner and you will have to do a lot of suspension mods to get it nice in the corners. I wouldn't worry about track plastics unless you plan on upgrading the suspension as well. Waste of money IMO until you get the bike dialed in.

I know where I can get Race Tech Gold Emulators and springs for $220. Not sure if that's a good price without more research. A new rear is pricey though ($750). For my first track day, I'll definitely get tires and brake pads.
