So close yet still so far away

My 9 year old son badger has spent the last few months busting his tail working on proper technique and body positing. If anyone cares to comment please do so, we are looking for constructive criticism. Any words of wisdom would be very much appreciated.

I race a 750 race bike

it's hard to give a good opinion on riding position as I'm not sure if it work transfer over to a small bike... but... he is looking good, he should keep his body square to the bike, if his butt is off the bike so should his upper body, pretend that there are mirrors on the bike and he should "kiss the mirror"

LOOK thru the turns with his head, NOT with his eye balls! don't look so much at the rider in front of him, look past that rider, but use peripheral vision!

Good luck to your son and you!

He normally does a very good job of looking through the turn. I just so happened to catch him slipping in that pic. Thanks for the words of wisdom.

For his age, he looks great. Looks extremely confident and technically sound. Congratulations on his getting the second spot. I am more of an amateur but would like to do professional bike racing some day.
