the king is dead, long live the successor

Kawasaki won the Sacramento Mile! I suppose as I write this, the folks from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Westerling, Ohio are conspiring to make sure THIS never happens again. Imagine, a production-based engine competing against a 30-year old pure racing engine that you can't buy in a street bike anywhere. Of course, just like in the National Association to Sell Chevrolets at Racetracks, the race officials will make sure their "favorite brand" is allowed to shine time and time again. Go Team Green!

Kicking the beer-burner brand when they're down...

What delicious twin-cylinder irony:

...and the King is looking weaker by the day...

And now Kawie has dominated the vaunted Springfield Mile, with Harley riders whining about it's so un-fair. Typical! Then again, Kawie is also a legitimate contender to win WSB this year. It's a good time to be green, yes?
