Swingarm looks stretched in the 3/4 view...weird angle And do the heads hit before the pegs? That is a hot BMW!! I want to test ride it

This HP2 Sport builds on the existing R1200S. The specs are only marginally different. Place some CF bits on the 12S, attach a belly pan, rework some internals, you're about there. The price is more than marginally different. Big $$$ for the HP2 Sport... like around $25K.

Have a friend racing the R12S in the local MRA GTO Supertwins series. He's battling a horde of Ducs, Aprilias, etc. He's virtually tied going into the last race with a 1098s pilot who's won the series the past three years. It was easier to hit the cylinder jugs on the tarmac with the R1100S. The cylinders are higher with the R1200S and it isn't an issue.

They do, thus the sliders on the cyl heads. But the engine is WAY up in the fram to make it some what better.

It's a pretty good looking machine, but I can think of about 5 dozen other things I'd rather spend $20k on.

No, the BM for WSB will be a new I-4 bike. Some have called it the 190/190 bike... 190 kilos, 190 horses.
