1000RR Exhaust?

I am do some work on my friends 2005 Honda 1000RR (Repsol) and he wants me to order him a full system. I installed on another friend who also has a 1000RR a full arrow system which is sweet but this guy wants something else so what do you guys suggest? Akrapovic? Yoshimura? or? Something that will sound good and look good. We dont have emission laws here or do we have to comply to and DB's as long as its not overloud its okay.
Any suggestions?

From what I gather the Akropovic is better than the Yosh if you're going full system. I have no knowledge myself however as I'm new and have only learned from reading others experiences. Good Luck!

The Yosh full system will not dissappoint. They have a great tone and aren't overly loud as reasonable speeds.

My good buddy just put on a Yosh on his RR and it is ok. I little on the quiet side for me. I suggest a Two Brothers that will give you a great sound and awesome power.

But nothing compared to my SV with the shorty high mount LEo Vince. Mine is probably the loudest of the entire group I ride with.

Have you seen the Arrow GP style exhaust yet? The one with an undertail and a side pipe, just like the Repsol GP bike.

If your friend harbors a small consideration for a slip-on system, nothing looks as fine as the Lasers here (imo) and the sound/peformance perfect. Would get them again easily.

Where can one get those Lasers from? I've searched the internet over and even the Laser website doesn't show the duals like that, only a single can. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Those look AWESOME. Do they only have them as slip ons? Whats the price range?

To my knowledge they're only available as slip-ons. Fine by me for the Honda headers are top shelf and the engine/fi adapts to these slip-ons perfectly. Park this bike/exhaust system with other Asian liters and it stands out.

Point your browser to: http://www.fosterrad.com/ for the U.S. Importer. I've bought Lasers for other bikes and the quality is always excellent, as well as the service from the importer. Robert is the owner, but I know he's currently in Cologne, Germany at the huge MC trade show there, going on now. HTH
