Another noob full of questions

Alittle about me I guess.31yrs old come Wed.Love two ride anything on two three or four wheels.Cant be satified with one bike it seems.I've had several street bikes but only one little sport bike.250 ninja. Now for you honda guru's.
Im looking high and low for an 84 to 86 700s nighthawk.Keeping my eye open on ebay, but I really hate buying a bike without riding it.Anyway,I pretty much want to strip it down, black it out, give it that mad max/street fighter look and ride the piss out of it.I love my rigid honda customs, but I remember how practical and fun my old 86 450 nighthawk was and Im ready to get back into that kind of (enjoyable riding).Does anybody know of anything I need to be looking for in this bike(700s nighthawk)?
Sorry I wrote a book, hope to get some info soon.
Thanks,Tangledj

about 99% of the motorcycle related stuff on this forum is about newer sportbikes (hence the "internet's sportbike community").

good luck findin them. those old honda nitehawks and intercepters seem to hold value. or maybe the sellers want too much for them.
