tip sensor

i dropped my bike, and now it won't start, im thinking that the tip-over sensor is stuck, i can't find it, can anybody tell me where that is, also there is oil in my throttle bodies, i was wondering if that will hurt anything? since i have my bike apart, im going to go ahead and sand it and paint it flat black because the paint job has gone to ****!

Going out on a limb, but oil in throttle bodies doesn't sound good. I've never heard of tip-over sensors either. The bikes I've dropped stayed running.
