one to two headlight conversion

alright guys, i have a 06 CBR600RR and boy does the one running light piss me off.. i heard there was a conversoin you can do to get both to be on at the same time and both have brights.. were people blowen smoke about the conversion? thanks

There is probably a detailed thread somewhere, but right now one bulb is wired to low beam and the other to high beam wiring. You have to wire both bulbs to high and low beam wiring. Then you have to put in bulbs with high/low circuits like an H4 bulb.

It can and has been done. Someone makes a kit for it. Ask DLIT if he ever comes back...he's been considering for his rig.

SAEFIREBIRD (a member on here) does them for R6's. He might have other packages as well. It'd be a good idea to PM him. Check CBR forums as well.
