hey how hard is it to install a new muffler on a cbr...im planning to buy an 08 cbr 600 next year and im saving up for a muffler as it is overpriced....they match the price on mufflers for cars but shorter and its not even cat back lol

It's very easy, unless you do the 03-06 taillight mod then it's hard.

Not really, you can do the taillight after you do a slip on. It just saves you from removing the rear fairings again. I wouldn't do the taillight until you got a new pipe though, the stock gets too hot and browns the taillight.

does that apply to the 2008 cbr600

im confused if im gonna install a fender eliminator i have to take out my tail light right and replace the new lights that my fender eliminator kit came with right

08 600rr is the same bike

you have to do a lot to do the mod I did. I did a write up on this.

how long did it took you to install a fender eliminator

i think im gonna install a fender eliminator 1st then save up for the muffler....what is the best muffler for a cbr
