CBR954 Undertail Exhaust custom

Yep I did it again. CBR954 with a custom undertail exhaust sporting a WRP CBR1000RR can and custom piping by Werner Mufflers in Oceanside, CA. I plan on having it dyno'ed sooner or later. I did the same thing to my ZX-9R posted.

ZX-9R Undertail Exhaust (sold the bike)

CBR 954 with Undertail Exhaust (own and plan on keeping)

I put the license plate in the same place as the ZX-9R. I created a bracket and bolted it to the can band clamp.

The setup on the zx9
Now the setup on the 954

Whats up with the rear seat on the zx9? And does it get too hot for a passenger?

now you can put the leds in the rear pegs for turn signals w/out the can blocking the right side.

The seat never got hot at all. I recovered the rear seat and added more foam so it would be cushy. Did that with the 954 also (seat recover and add foam). I can ride for hours without the monkey butt effect.

I have the rear tail light with intergrated blinkers. Works great. I was thinking about what you mentioned. The more I can be seen the better I say.

im a big fan of center exhaust for trimming passenger pegs and openeing up the rear wheel and back end area i find it looks sick but i also never plan on having some hoe on the back so seat cowl or race plastics with some **** set up for license plates and what not would be sick
