ok Ill do that. The dings are on the tank. Kinda looks like from a belt or something. Would be upper left thigh area. The grab handle thing on the back has some marks but not like asphalt scrapes. Looks kinda like a puppy chewed on it. And around the windshield there are some spots that are lifted a tiny bit. As if you grabbed the ws from the front an pulled forward.

Not sure but $5900 is high for the stuff you are describing.
But how loware the miles and tire wear and service records available? These are the real important q's to ask. You can find good deals and then you can find great deals.
My FZ1 was mint 2001 service records and all kept up low miles Under 8000 last may. Only gave just about $4000.00 for it. Good luck and the way I see things, if you have to get a lot of input it prolly aint right. You will buy the best one for the buck when it comes along. This 600 might be it after all just work him a little and use the light damage as bargening leverage. Go for the rock bottom $ and then still walk away as if your done dealing. Call bluffs. But certainly dont give in to asking price. Good luck!

ok I'll see what happenes. Up here for some reason the dealers are tacking on an extra $2000 over the high retail price you get from nada. The other dealer here which is about 50 miles from my house has the same bike in pretty much the same condition but has 6500 miles and their price is $6899 and then they have $600 in prep fees. I wonder if a road trip might be best?

Holy crap, that's too much for an '04! 600 in prep fees. F that. All they proly do is make sure nothing is leaking and wipe it down. Damn savages!

At my dealer, a new '05 F4i is $6995 with no fees (except tax), and an '06 600RR, which is twice the bike, is $7895 with no fees. For $5795, he has a new 03 Super Hawk, which I would get over the F4i.
