98 cbr900rr underseat exhaust

like you guys know i just bought a 98 cbr 900rr and have a two brothers slip on exhaust...i was looking under the seat and it looks like theres plenty room for an exhaust under the seat...anyone know where i can look to get this? or any pictures of people that have it done on their cbr's?

There was a guy on here with a 9R that made his own undertail exhaust... he had 9R in his screen name...I'll look....min

OK... his screen name is simple guy and here's a thread with some links and info on the 9R undertail exhaust.

He was just online like a month ago according to his profile. Maybe you can PM him for more info...

I made my own exhaust now i am no custom welder but it looks good ans sounds bad [email protected]#

My concern would be this: If the bike didn't come with stock undertail exhaust, then it's presumably not insulated (for heat) for such. I'd wonder if it might be too hot/uncomfortable (both for you/passenger and the plastics on your tail section). Just a thought.....

On my bike I have removed all of the undertray and the airflow through the tail is good my butt never gets warm. As for a passanger I have no idea I have a solo seat.
