Defiantly some parts flying off but that deer's head is on of those parts.

I think it's a combination of both... you def see some fairing parts flying as well some deer parts when the guy comes to a stop after his buddy hits it.

That was only a part of the video, it was posted last month. the deer was in 1 piece but dead, and the bike was in pieces. I'll go find the original post.
