oh man that sucks. How long before you just have to bite it, bail out and lower the price to soemthing ridiculous just to get out from under it?

When is google moving in? That's kind of in your neighborhood isn't it? That's about the only new job growth comming in for the next two years.

fat... I'm already 5-6k under what I paid for it 3.5 years ago. And I bought it new! Not too mention the 3-5k I put in it sense I been there.

I'm probably loosing like $15K all together and will have to write a check at closing for like 12K!



I would lower it more if I could... but the $12K check I will have to write will take every penny I have! My entire savings and checking!

Pucky, Well we have the big hospital in the area as well...but that isn't helping I guess.

Not too mention the hell of owning 2 houses... the up-keep n all. And still at this moment... I live in one and my wife is in the other. Due to our jobs. Mine is down at the new house and he old job is still near the condo.

Heck we have been living like this for sense December. Its done did got old!
