Funny as hell...

Link to an article...
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/...8JHRST80.shtml

Bottom line... A guy buys some land wants to build a house... Neighbors complain about this and that, filing greivances with the city... Most seem to revolve around his house being too tall and blocking the neighbors view of the mountains...

"We used to have a view of the mountains," Janet Torgersen told The Salt Lake Tribune. "He didn't have to take everyone's view."

And this guy shows them what's up... I say good for him, I hate neighbors who put their noses where they don't belong...

very nice. I completely agree. Its his land and his house, they should have bought that land and built there themselves if they dont like it.

Yea, it's called a "Home Owner's Association."

Sorry for his neighbors bad luck. like already said... they should have bought the land. I'm sure his buidling conforms to all the building codes and that will be the end of it! As it should.

I read an article through Comcast.net ... the building plans were approved by the right agencies, and right NOW the building is slightly over the legal hight limits, but it's based on final grade, and they haven't back filled or finished landscaping yet. He says it will meet local code when he gets his occupancy permit.

Yeah once they add the fill, landscaping, and sod... I'm sure with all this termoil he'll be a few inches under the legal limit in height!
