Crocodile Hunter = pwned

Yeah he died, that sucks. He was always tempting fate with the animals though. Sting-ray barb through the chest got him...

That sucks and I feel kinda sad. Better a stingray bard than eaten by a big croc I guess.

Stingray is poisonous and very little is known about their venom... it disables the circulatory system IRRC... Hitting him in the torso, close to his heart, gave him little chance of survival...

yeah I always kinda liked that guy. He was crazy as hell but it always seemed to me that he respected the animals he worked with and understood the risks. I feel bad for his family. I heard about it this morning and EVERYTIME you say hey did you hear steve erwin died... EVERYONE says "was it a gator?" I think everyone figured a gator would get him eventually.

I refuse to tip toe carefully through life, simply to arrive safely at death.

At least he went out doing what he loves. Shame about the kids though. Hell two days ago I was comparing my friend, who loves to collect dangerous animals, to him. I really liked him and his personality, and as stated before he respected the animals he worked with.
