Biker Build-off sport bikes?

Most of you have probably seen at least one eposide of Biker Build-off on the Discovery Channel. I enjoy watching the fabrication and I liked Indian Larry the best. But tonight they had two former racers compete to make sport bikes. After they build the bikes, they have to race at Willow Springs road course, a drag race, and a flat track race. It's repeated Tuesday morning at 1am Eastern time zone.

If I could I would. I cant even rip a vhs from my camcorder right now. (something is corrupt with my program)
I actually watched it and it was interesting. I would ride the wheels off either bike that was built but likes Roland's best. Even if it was the slowest.

That was a cool episode. I like watching fabrication too but it was nice to watch an episode with more appeal than just watching fabrication. Roland has some trick suspension on that bike. The top of the line Ohlins "fluted" front fork is probably worth more than my bike. I dont think going the 'stressed member' motor route on that bike did anything but look slick, but i liked it anyway. The only thing that Rooke had that i liked was the KTM motor. Sweeeeeeet.

But rolland's bike used the twin cam putting out like 160hp and the frame was sportbike designed...using the motor as part of the frame.
