The whole ad just seems like one big contradiction to me. He pushes the limited feature, but puts aftermarket parts on it. I guess I wouldn't care if he wasn't pushing that feature of the bike so much. And then he ends the ad by saying he wouoldn't sell it to someone who hasn't owned a 600cc or bigger bike before and wants someone to care and love the bike. A lot of people start with a 600cc, it's not like it's an R1. And if your trying to sell it, but your putting conditions on it, most people are looking at a GSXR to ride hard whether it's stunting, racing or whatever, it's not a Honda Rebel. The guy should recognize his audience and the fact that he is trying to sell his bike. I can under stand if a 16 year old with no experience came to buy it, it would be responsible of him not to sell it to that kid, but don't put expectations of how the bike is going to be treated after it's sold. I don't know, maybe he's not as big of a tool as the guy with the velvet covered bike or the guy with the "Custom limited edition, only one ever created, over-priced R1 with an exhaust modification", but it still annoyed me the way his add was writen. I still think we should have a "Tool Hall-of-Fame" where we can post and mock.

I think I know who has my vote for induction.

99 Vette
Too much for 250 character limit! [email protected]. Horrible tires.

Tool?

The price is a bit high for the mileage but it is a collectors bike. If he's trying to sell already than it has no collectors value to him. I would never sensor who I sell a bike to unless I know deep down that person is likely to kill themselves before getting out of sight.

It's kind of like when someone is trying to sell there bike and they use phrase like "Must Sell" or "Need to sell immediately" but then say the price is not negotiable, it's a contradiction. If you need to sell it really bad, then the price is very negotiable. That always anoyes me. I would never let a buyer know how badly I need to sell something because then they'll us it against me to drive the price down, especially if it's an older bike that needs work and they need to sell it, but are willing to be flexible on the price...anyways, that's my rant for the day.
I still think we should have a hall-of-fame thread set up on the off topic section.
