Back went out

In march I rupterd L3 L4 L5 on the Job sit (framer) been doing good, working out trying to get my lower back strengh back. for no reason its out again, will probally be down for a week Had a nice run planned for today but I was left behind

I would too. I've seen guys with minimum issues come out worse after surgery.

If you work hard at strenghening your abs and back you will do alot better at staying healthy. anything you want to change you got to work at it.
