Bads News

I let you guys know my back went out last week or so and its a little better. bad news is I was going to do my 1st track day sept 29th.

1st of all I dont want to pay for my track day and then find out when I get up in the morning my back is to sore. NO REFUNDS $190.00

2nd I dont think I should go to the track unless I am 100%. as much as I realy realy realy want to go to the track I have to be smart about it.

Its a sad thing just got my leather suit too..

I think I need a hug

Could you sell your spot on Craigslist or something? $150, they'd get a deal and you wouldn't be out everything...

take pressure off your back. hang upside down for as long as you can. take some tums or calcium suppliments. I have a history of back problems but have relieved most of it's symptoms.

I have raced with a soar back before. it's only unbearable when you get on and off the bike. once you get on the track, the adrenaline level will relieve the pain.

Running the decking on 2nd foor in about 20 + mph winds. picked up a sheet and the wind spun me around and i tried to compensate for the turn and it dropped me to the floor. combination of all kinds of stranged movements. MIR results showed im messed up. I have recoverd for the most part its just sometimes it just messes with me.

Probably don't want to get caught racing at a track by workmans' comp. I've heard they like to follow people and take pictures to dis-prove claims.
