I used to sell a product like that at my store. It was used to freeze gum on carpet or fabric so it could be removed in one piece.

I just try to clean it up after a few hot days... once its dried out its easy to scoop up! Plus having the right tools!

I use the rake style on the right.

The blade style sucks cause it just smears the crap (pun intended).

That's the same thing I use, the rake one. I bought it after I saw my neighbor's pooper scooper service using one. That's right, people pay companies to come pick up their dog's poop. It's crazy. It's like $30 a month too!
