Some people deserve to get busted...

Well i had a personal day off today and was flippin through the stations and saw a news report about a guy and a girl that stole two Charity Donation Cans from an X-tra Mart convenience store in Sturbridge MA... the girl walked in and distracted the employee and the guy grabbed two donation cans.. here is the link to channel 4's story... click the play video button on the top right of the page for the news report..

http://cbs4boston.com/local/local_story_289213901.html

The wierd part of the story is.........................................I think that the guy is an ex employee of mine... I saw the news clip on TV and I swore that it was a kid named anthony that used to work for me... He wore the same pants every day to work and always wore a zip up black sweatshirt ... the car is even a match to his.... I just got through talking to the Sturbridge Police and they are looking into him as a possibility.. Since I manage a garage I was able to give them his exact year make and model car and his liscence plate # that we put in our computer whenever we work on a car...

I will let you know the outcome once I find out if it was actually him from the cops...

Only a powerful addiction or utter desperation would cause someone to try to steal charity donation cans...They wouldn't have more than 50 bucks in them...

You're right...they deserve something, but spending taxpayer money to detain and try them is a waste...How about a public flogging???

there should be a law that if you steal from a charity, or church, you get no jail time, but both hands cut off, the meanest guys or all the congregation beating you, and they take everything you own for the church/charity.
