Yup, we saw it Friday night.... It was good, though this was the first one that really got to me (as far as getting squeamish).... the pigs were just about as much as I could handle (and I've got a great imagination, so my brain went ahead and added in scent for me.... Nice, eh? ) I was impressed that this one had a much more developed plot than the previous two (I mean, not Oscar calibre or anything, but enough to hold it all together).... D'ya think there'll be a 4th?

Couple good previews for some other good freaky flicks... "Touristas" (I think that's what it's called) looked good. Kinda like "Hostel" with girls in thong bikinis.

Rented the first "Saw" when it came out. Though it was probably one of hte worst movies I had ever seen. So I did not bother with Saw II or Saw III. Just not my type of movie I guess.

3 was way better than 2. And then again, it really just depends what you're in the mood for. We knew it would be fairly light on plot and heavy on flat out gore -- but that it'd be a fun flick (in the scary sense, that is).

i get bored with sequels. i must admit the concept for the first installment was a good one, but i really didn't like the movie itself. i never bothered with pt. 2 and most likely won't see pt. 3 either. is there gonna be a saw 4? that would be like .

Me and wife both being fans of slasher serial killer movies, think Saw movies have only been getting better with each new release

My brother said he likes the Saw series. usually movies he likes suck, so I haven't even seen one yet. Maybe I'll borrow it from someone one day.

I dunno, they've all been different enough from each previous installment to still be interesting, and they definitely up the shock value with each subsequent one.

I haven't got to see part 3, however I did see the Scary Movie version of Saw. That was great, Shaq and Dr. Phil are a great team.

I like jigsaw as the "BAD GUY"... I am not a fan of the Freddy Crueger types that only come in your dreams.. or other characters that are unrealistic... Jigsaw is justa regular guy like you or me... he is intelligent... he is not a creature or just someone in your mind... he's your history teacher, or the mailman, or your uncle.... you never know...

I dunno that I'd though of Jigsaw in that sense (as "everyman") but I do agree that plausible horror flicks are much scarier than the boogeyman/monster type...
