what's your fitness regimen?
do we have any gymrats in here? i do what i can to stay fit, time permitting. i have a treadmill and a home gym that i alternate using during the week for 30mins. before the kids get up for school. i also hit Curves (ladies only fitness club) 3 times a week.
how do you stay in fighting form?
