I charge them more if they are stupid...want to "help me" or if I have to listen to "How we did things in New York."

Oh don't get me started on that... we have a product line we bought from a co. up in MI last year. I have no idea how that company didn't run themselves into the ground - they paid out warranty claims on EVERYTHING, even things clearly excluded in the warranty. So now that we own the company, we're following the warranty to the letter... and yet, everyday I get to hear, "Well that's not how it was when H & C owned it!"

Arrrghhhh!!!!

you are a treasure!!

my problem is that I have a certain job to do in a process with a deadline...i get the order and the requirements...i take care of what I need to do and send the requirements...then sit around twiddling my thumbs waiting for everyone else to do what they are sposed to do...and it never fails that I am sitting and waiting, sometimes for more than a week before the deadline (because I do what i need to do immediately, without waiting!!) waiting for people to do what they need to do so they can send me what I need to complete the ENTIRE DEAL and finish the process and they wait, and they wait, till the very last moment so that i then have to kill myself to get it done because they were too stupid to do their jobs!!!! And it makes me look bad to the client because I am the only one they see in this process!!!

and oh yeah, lets not forget the incompetents on every deal that i have to send them everything or tell them everything more than 3 TIMES!!!
