You will NEVER find a PERMENANT or a HEALTHY solution in a bottle- the only answer is CHANGE OF LIFESTYLE.
If you want to be in good shape there is only one way to do it- a healthy diet and daily excercise. It's not complicated unless you make it complicated.
It all starts at the grocery store- start buying only healthy food/drinks- that way you won't have the temptations at home.
30 minutes- 1 hour of daily exercise- start drinking water all day every day.
Stop drinking carbonated drinks- not even diet drinks- stop eating fast food.
If you can't make it a permenant part of your daily life don't even waste your time trying.
Last year- I got in the best shape ever... 32 yrs old, 5'9" 195 lbs with little or no body fat... I was ripped down and looking better then ever- I started noticing chicks approaching me- even dudes started checking me out (hopefully only as a comparison)- I was hitting the gym hard core- and eating right. It was the first time in my life I could look in the mirror and think "damn dude- you look like the bowflex dude from the commercial"-lol
The reason i'm telling -ALL- this is cause it was something I have always wanted to do- and had finally made my mind up to change my lifestyle...(I was trying all the quick fixes before-they never worked) it took me about 6 months to finally get it done-once I committed to good diet and hard work. The sad part of it for me is I had to have surgery last August and am just now getting back to the point where I feel good enough to get back to working out.
But the short answer to your original question- a good fat burner that won't burn muscle- WATER.
