Tax ?

Does anyone know if I can claim my workmans comp ernings on my taxes to get my earned income credit for my child.

been on this claim since march @$1,200.00 a month?????

Something just seems funny if you can ride a motorcycle and collect workman's comp.

herniated L3 L4 L5 , was a framer was down for2-3 months on the couch and still going through the retraing process. Yes i can ride a bike but I sure cant frame a house. I did not do one track day last season so trust me I was taking it easy. but to not ride, well thats asking a fish not to swim

amounts received for workers comp are excludable from the employee's income but they are includable in income to the extent it's attributable to medical expense deductions taken in an earlier year.

I'll send you my bill next week
