Customs shop ideas

I am nearing completion on a few projects in the shop. Now i'm looking for input for some more bikes to build and up-and-coming trends. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would say something along the lines of streetfighter like Streetfighter USA

Or maybe a rice chopper

Then throw in some cruiser style choper stuff and you'd be able to appeal to all sides

They have a couple Harley's at our dealer (They sell Suzuki's too, thats why I was there) in flat paint and I must say, the blue one is quite possibly the sexiest tank on two wheels I have ever seen.
