It's called my personal trainer and 3 hours at the gym 6 days a week So when I want to eat sweets it happens to not be a big deal, but by the time I get to the actual place I want to buy the sweets from, I've already talked myself out of it

Besides 3 hours a day is way too much. 45 min/day 6 days a week is plenty.
Read a book call Body For Life.

Sorry to hijack your thread.... Join a gym for instance I go to Fitness First... I'm not sure if they have them in PA but its $30 a month after a $50 sign on fee... and the personal training, the fitness classes everythings included. Fairly reasonable. I know Golds Gym happens tobe a bit more expensive and I know Ballys Total fitness is in between the two Plus, a good day a riding gets you a killer arm work out!!

I do muscle stabiliazation and then atleast an hour and a half of cardio... 30 minutes of just abs and then an hour of weight training I guess if you broke it up through a week it wouldnt be so bad. I work in the motorcylce industry where its stressful so my evenings are relaxing doing this
