Better check the list of pet food affected if you have pets.

I got worried when I saw Iams on the list cause that's what my parents feed their dog. But then saw that it's only the wet foods, so no worries here.

Surrender the booty, and let me get my hands on that beautiful treasure chest!!

One of these days, I'll actually buy a bike again...

Wow, first I've heard of the rat poison. Yep, only feed dry here (Canidae) so no worries for me. Very sad.

I only feed dry food as well but just wanted to give people a heads up if they fed their pet canned food.

Seems its some rat poison China uses in their wheat fields There are roughly 90 brands of wet food from Menu Foods, even some premium brands such as Nutro. So far cats are the most hit - 15 cats and 1 dog- but I'm sure many, many more pets who got sick/died from this will come out. Very sad

More and more food and treats have been added to the recall which turned out to be tainted with malamine, not rat poison. Ol'Roy treats were just added today to the recall:

"The recall of pet foods and treats contaminated with an industrial chemical expanded Thursday to include dog biscuits made by an Alabama company and sold by Wal-Mart under the Ol'Roy brand."
