the rear bumper on that bluebird bus looks pretty tough.

it be a whole lot cooler if the hummer was the suv version painted yellow, so itd look like a real short bus!

Never been a fan of anything but the original. Everything after the original is simply for show, and that pic seems to prove it. Although, how fast was the person going? Wonder what an original would look like if it hit the bus at the same speed. I don't even see any skid marks, which probably means they hit that bus around 40MPH.

Don't f* with the bus!

My old man manages a bus garage and has stories of all kinds of crazy chit with the buses... They all usually end up with, the bus was cool, but everything else was FUBAR.

I do like the original H1s. But they only made 170 civilian H1s in 05 and around 130-140 civilian H1s in 06. 07 they were discontinued for civilian use.

With a price of $140,000.00 for a Duramax H1, you can get a fully loaded Range Rover Supercharged for around $93,000.00. That thing will tow a decent sized trailer and get 21mpg. Plus, it's blown!

IMO the best US 4x4 for the money would probably be the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I've got a Land Rover Freelander because I don't wanna be like everyone else with a 4x4. There are several Land Rovers in town, looking back at it now I wish I had got a Discovery. But I'm ordering some small mods for the Freelander and I'm happy with it. If they still made them for the United States I would buy a Land Rover Defender in a heartbeat. Those things will hold their own with a Rubicon, and they have an available diesel.

Only real Hummer is a Military Hummvee
