Ok... I'm about fed up with these guys...

I've placed 2 orders in the last two and a half months and BOTH have been ****ed up!

First order, I ordered my sprockets, chain, spedo healer, front galfer SS break line kit, K&N filter, and a cover for my bike... after a two week delay because of the Sprockets being on back order my order showed up... but wait... it's incomplete!

The K&N filter was missing and so was the Sprocket and Chain! WTF! I called them and they said the K&N was sitting on the shipping shelf waiting to go out... it was just forgotten... (which I understand... things happen and they shipped it out over night and I got it right away) but the Sprocket was being shipped out from the vendor directly. (THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! ) anyways... my sprockets show up about two weeks later...

but their customer service was VERY good so I figured I'd try them again...

My SECOND order I ordered my Vortex Rearsets and my rear Galfer SS break line kit. I needed my rearsets ASAP... I placed the order on the 13th... and had them shipped 2nd day Air. well on Monday their site said that the order was gonna ship out on the 20th... (last Friday... a WEEK after I placed it) so I called on tuesday and asked what the hell was going on... they said that all orders take 3-5 buisness days to ship out... but they'd probably ship out on Wed.... NOPE... it shipped out Friday... I got the package today...

guess what... INCOMPLETE!

the galfer SS Rear break line kit was there... but not the Rear set... WTF! the packing list lists my whole order... but only half showed up!

GRR I'm ****ing pissed

Sorry but 2 orders... 2 ****ups... and actually... both took WAY longer than what they should have.

they're bat'n 1000!

That doesn't sound too good, did you pay for 2nd day shipping?
If so, i'd ask for a refund on that, as well as what ever it was you didn't get... since you didn't get it.

That sux man,

this is freaky... I have their website minimized on my browser and have a order for a new set of front and rear sprockets and chain, a pair of cortech gloves, moto gp mesh jacket, and icon pants..... with all that you just said I think I'll go elsewhere... ironpony.com had some of the stuff and I found the sprocket for less but just thought I would order it all from kneedraggers so it would all show up together and be more convenient... guess that might be a mistake... make sure you let me know how things turn out... I'll hold off a day on my order to see how they treat your problems....

Damn, that sucks

I should be getting my helmet from Moto World today. The link for the tracking number actually works Unlike most stuff I've ordered online.

I hope Cycle Mart isn't just sitting on my order, as their site says "processing" yet. They did say it would be 1-1.5 weeks though

Give Terry a call if you think something is going on, he is a cool guy and make sure you get your stuff as quick as he can. Glad he is a vendor on this site, I have had nothing but pleasant dealings with cyclemart.

Cool, Cool
I guess I'm just anxious to get my gear. I did call before I ordered, and they said about 3 days for them to get the jacket, then about 3 for it to ship to me.

Hmm- I was considering trying to get kneedraggers or somebody to match the price. Obviously, I won't be going to them now, but has anyone had any luck with price matching online or in local dealers?

My local dealership will usually price match online stuff, as long as they carry the product.

Well look at Mr. Pimp Daddy with the money local stealership...

Yeah, see how good they are when you take your bike in for a check-up and it comes back with 400+ miles on it and scratches on the tank...

I have a lot of stealerships around me, I don't know why because we got a couple warehouse dealers within 80 miles.

That sucks about your experience! We always recommend customers to Kneedraggers to get their products but lately have been hearing several parts of negative feedback in regards to how their service has been handled.

We usually refer customers looking for our products online to www.parts411.com and www.ironpony.com. Haven't had too many problems with them, except for when ironpony.com sells some of our discontinued products and customers aren't happy with them and they can't be replaced.

Good luck in the future with whoever you choose!

IMO they are by FAR the best to deal with. At least with my experinces espically with calling them.

Every place has disgruntled customers and some just more than others

They have to be good if they want ANY business... Part of living in small town ND. EVERY town in ND is a small town

I bought my bike with more than 400 miles on it... and it already had scratches too... but it was still sold as a "new" bike
Got a hell of a deal on it.
