I'm in the market to buy a house here in Harrisburg, PA.

Geeze my g/f and I have been looking like crazy. I am very picky when it comes to buying a house. I goal was to build, but I don't think that's going to happen for our first home.

My home is almost brand new and still looks it, aside from the large trees we put in the yard for landscaping.

Listing Comments: Wow, inside and out! A sharp curb appeal with a distinctly professional landscaped yard including underground sprinkling. Wonderfully mature pines in the back yard in addition to a private wooded view out back make this lot unique. Enjoy nature and see wildlife while enjoying the wonderful Arbor Hills community. Conveniently located to near-by shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and Forest Hills Eastern High and Knapp Forest Elementary. Upgrades galore! As you step in the front door the 2-story ceiling, wonderful windows, fireplace and open floor plan make a stunning impression. The warm gourmet kitchen offers a center island, stainless appliances, desk area, lots of cabinet space and an open eating area. The formal dining area has a built-in wet bar ideal for entertaining. Off the oversized 3-stall garage is a main floor laundry with folding counter and half-bath. A wonderfully bright 12x12 four-season room with french doors off the kitchen and slider onto the deck create a sanctuary of relaxation and sunlight. The spacious main floor master suite has a great private bath with dual sinks, jet tub, tile shower and huge master closet. Upstairs is a loft area perfect for an office or den, 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a wonderful balcony view of the living room. Downstairs is a finished walk-out with a rec room, surround sound, a gas fireplace, laminate wood flooring, plumbed for wet bar, bedroom and bath ideal for an in-law or guest suite.
