Good news...and some other stuff...

Well theres kinda two sides to this post...first part...

I finally got permission to get a bike! Of course we agreed it would be "track ridden only" so its a start...I found a '99 Honda F4 and a race ready, street legal R6 track bike. Im leaning towards the F4 because its prob more suited to my needs. The R6 tho is race ready and street legal too so it would be considered "just for track use"... its $200 cheaper than the F4...but race ready probably means balls to the wall fast. There is another '03 R6 but I think another guy will get it before I do...so its pretty much ruled out. So...yeah...

Second part...

I uh...negged a bunch of people yesterday...so to all the peeps that got 'em...Ive been going through some crap lately and ive been pissed off and anything would set me off...feel free to share the "hate".

Heres a pic of the F4...

Im seeing if I can go see it Sunday

Get the first r6, r6's are a Lot faster than the f4i.

uh... you do know your talking to him about his FIRST bike right?

the F4i would be my choice... yes the R6 is faster... but I think you'll be just fine on the F4i.

I dont think an f4i is that friendly of a bike either, the r6 does have a nice hit in the power band but under 9k its docile.

Both have parts a dim a dozen tho.

well I wouldn't worry about it... you WILL lay it over... just get that in to your head and you'll stop worrying... ya know?

I think the F4i would be a better choice because it's got street plastics... and so you can always tape up the glass and lights to ride it on the track. and when you and your parents agree you can ride it on the street... it's easy and more importantly... CHEAP to make the transition. but the R6 is in Race plastics... so you'd have to get lights, street plastics and what not...

but then again.. if it's for track use only.. you WILL lay it over.. and have to buy **** any way.. so either way.. there both good bikes.. and they will both be laid down.. so it doesnt matter.

go with the r6, and spend the 200.00 twoards some good leathers :p
