If you are selling anything online

Watch out for this email name: "julie rosales" <[email protected]>.

They start by being 'ordinary' people from the UK,,then they try to get you into the whole "i send you money you cash the check for me" scam. I ALMOST got tricked by them, but now I am reporting them. Thought I'd give everyone a 'heads up' on this one.

I KNOW! that stuff pisses me off but good. Especially when they try to scam the people that have fixed incomes, are elderly etc. Sad thing is, so many people who are like this try ANYTHING to get extra $ in. Even though I reported this person, I doubt ANYTHING will ever come of it..sadly enough.

Hahaha, I got two of those the other day for my car. I thought the first email was a little suspicous by the way it asked questions, but thought whatever. The next email I got, they said they would send me 20k, and that I would take out my portion, 8k, then the rest would be for the shipping of the car. The next time I get one, I am attaching the pictures they asked for, but adding a couple of extra programs into what I send. They are even bold enough to start using religion now. I don't know about it in the motorcycle world, but in the car world, you get these all the time. Or the deal is too good to be true, especially for supras.

Yeah this stuff is litterally ALL OVER now. I can not believe they are doing religion now too, but doesnt really surprise me too much. These people will do ANYTHING to scam. I love sending back the little 'goodies' with my emails to them. I just wish I could see the looks on THEIR faces once they open it up and see what they 'have just won for being a dumb#*&".

I just got another one today believe it or not, for the laptop...wanted to send me a CREDIT CARD via mail to send it over to Africa *rolls eyes* <--for them

Any programmers out there? How about creating a virus attached to a .jpg image... You can say it's a scanned image of your bank info or whatever...

I'm not gonna say TOO much about what I do..but I kinda do something like that..but I just infect a link but no jpgs. It is easier to just link (and they believe that when the link says "Click here for bank account information) they do it like a fly on dung!

Ill see what me and my friend can do about a little extra something in the pics, and then I'll let you guys know when it is done. I hate those *******. If you look at ads for supras and other rare expensive cars, there are like 10-20 on autotrader that are like 10-20k below market value. Send them an email and the car is in Germany or England. Ill see what I can do.

The NEW thing is to say with these scammers that you are from the UK. First they kept using all those african countries,,then people go smart to those..so now (at least with the computer ones) they are all saying the UK,,except that last one that I got.

+100 so true so true. You could not have put it any better. And today, I get a RESPONCE from the dude in Africa now saying he'll make out a money order to me (since that is the ONLY way i'll take payment) but instead of the $160 but like $3000...like that makes sence?

Just see how far you can get them to go. It will be worth the laugh. I am working on a virus, but trying to figure out how the best way to do it is. Don't know if I should direct them to a website, or straight from a picture.

The one that I have directs them STRAIGHT (or so it looks) to a weblink that directs them to the virus! I have played with these people before, oh believe me I have..I got one dumb one ( I called him something different then..but for the sake of this board....=) )...that actually wrote me for 5 weeks after sending out a supposid check to a fake addy that I gave him...I just didnt tell him that the addy I gave him was my friends work (my friend said it was ok to do..I just didnt do that out of nowhere)...and he never did send anything.

Hahaha, can I get that link, saves me some time. If you could just message that to me, it would be great. On one of the other forums, this guy had them wanting to buy used dil***, and was asking how they felt in the *** and all that stuff. I have to say, I was disgusted, but at the same time, I was pretty intertained.
