Great, now Kmart can ruin Sears and I'll have no where to get my craftsman tools. That or they'll start building their tools cheap like everything you find at Kmart. OK, done venting.

My understand from what I had heard on the news was Sears purchased Kmart under Sears Holding. Now reading several print articles is says Kmart bought Sears.
Guess for a company that was on the verge of bankruptcy still have a measley $11 BIllion in the piggy bank! Well I bet Wallmart is a bit fearful of this merger.

Yeah I have heard about this and it could be trouble for Walmart. They are saying that the K-Mart and Sears merger that they will lower prices like Walmart has. Personally I think that K-Mart will bankrupt Sears as well.

Yeah poor Bob, man!!!!! I honestly don't foresee him getting *****-canned. I was surprised good ole Martha hadn't been "let go" from K-Mart. I dunno, though. Guess the only thing we can do is see what comes about from all this merging stuff.

PS... I remember when Bob used to be on "This Old House"
